WARRANTY
If the product received has hidden defects or damages during use due to reasons beyond your control, you can utilize the warranty right, if the warranty was given e.g. by the manufacturer, importer or seller, the warranty conditions are specified in the warranty document that you received with the product, and the defect which has occurred, is covered by the guarantee and its period has not expired yet.

COMPLAINTS
If, after purchasing the products, you find that the goods received are damaged, do not work properly or you have found a different non-conformity of the goods with the contract, and you purchased the goods as a consumer, you have the right to make a complaint under the Act of 27 July 2002 "on special terms of sale consumer and the amendment of the Civil Code. " As a rule, defective goods should be sent back to the seller to enable him to investigate the complaint. If in doubt, contact us to arrange the next steps.

PRODUCT RETURN - GUARANTEED 10 DAYS FOR A REFUND
Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 "On the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product", you have the right to return the goods within 10 days from the date of receiving the consignment, without giving a reason for return if you made a purchase as a consumer.

Remember:

  • If you want to return the goods, you should within 10 days of receiving them, submit, best written, your will to resign from the purchase of goods (withdrawal from the contract of sale) and then return this statement along with the goods to us.

  • The product should, if possible, have the original packaging and be in an unchanged condition, unless the change was made as a result of checking the quality, completeness and functioning of the goods.


In the event of withdrawal from the contract, you receive the price paid for the purchase of the goods along with the cost of delivery.
